Clomiphene 100 mg
My initial dose of Clomid was 50 mg once a day for five days. The dose was increased to 100 mg Clomid and ovulation has occurred. My doctor helped me to determine that ovulation has occurred with an ultrasound.
Testosterone, estradiol, LH, FSH and prolactin were measured before and 10 days, 4, 8 and 12 weeks after clomiphene. Erectile function, semen analysis, body composition and metabolic profiles were assessed before and after clomiphene.
Clomiphene must be taken by mouth exactly as directed by your doctor to be more effective. It 's important to follow your dosing schedule carefully.
Your dosage is based on your medical condition and response to treatment. Do not take it more often or longer than prescribed by your doctor. Long-term treatment with this drug is not recommended and should not be greater than 6 cycles.
